The very best Tortilla Soup recipe I've ever tasted!
Saute onion, chili, garlic in oil
Bring to a boil and then simmer for an hour:
The sauteed onion/chili mixture
beef & chicken bullion
tomato
water
tomato juice
spices
sauces
Add grilled chicken at the last minute.
Serve over a bed of shredded flour/corn tortillas and avocado. Garnish with shredded cheese
If you want to cook in a crock pot all day, try using un-cooked chicken thighs or stew meat. Be sure not to skip the Worcestershire sauce or A1 as these are the "secret" ingredients
