Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place 1stick of butter in casserole dish to melt. Remove from oven & place on stovetop when melted.
Cherry Filling: Place in sauce pan, cherries, sugar, water & almond flavor. Bring to slow boil. Remove from heat.
Topping/Crust: In small mixing bowl, mix together dry ingredients. Then add milk & mix until all lumps are removed.
Pour Topping/Crust over melted butter in casserole dish.
Spoon cherries slowly over topping/crust, then the juice.
Carefully place casserole dish in hot oven.
Cook for 40 minutes until crust is golden brown.
Serve with ice cream or whipping cream. Enjoy!!!
