I picked up this recipe from the local grocery store...
It's very simple and I loved every bit of it.
Preheat oven 400F
Sprinkle turkey with salt & pepper.
In large oven safe skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add turkey and cook 3-4 min turning occasionally to brown all sides
Place skillet in oven. Bake 11 to 13 minutes until turkey looses its pink color.. or temp reaches 165. Transfer to cutting board.
Meanwhile from 2 clementines or 1 orange squeeze about 1/3 cup juice. Peel remaining clementines or orange into segments.
Place same skillet over med/low heat. Add vinegar, clementine wedges and clementine juice. Cook 2 minutes or until segments are soften, stirring to loosen any browned bits in the bottom of the skillet. Add butter and honey and cook just until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. To serve, slice turkey diagonally into 1/2 thick slices, spoon orange segments and sauce over turkey.
