Preheat oven to 400. Put the crust on a baking sheet, and spread lightly all over with olive oil. Spread about 2 tablespoons of the pesto over the crust, leaving about ½ inch border at the edge. Cover the crust with the shredded cheese. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a non-stick skillet; sauté the sliced mushrooms until just softened, and then put on the pizza. In the same skillet, add the onions and sauté until softened and slightly brown, and then put on the pizza. Place the sliced tomato and sausage on the pizza and top with fresh basil leaves. Bake in the oven for about 12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
