Gram made this for her social groups but "stole" the recipe from somebody named Ruth.
Cream margarine and sugar, add eggs one at a time, then add flour. Spread dough in a 10? by 14?-inch pan (jelly roll or half sheet pan). Marking 24 squares with a knife. Drop a spoonful of filling on middle of each square. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350?.
Cool. Slice through dough at markings.
