Hearty Southern Stew
Cook pork and chicken until it shreds easily. Pull the meat off the bones and shred.
Add meat and all other ingredients to the broth. Bring t a boil and then let simmer for a couple of hours, or until it is a thick as you want.
This is an all day recipe. Let it simmer on low for a good amount of time. REMEMBER to let it cook BEFORE you add too many pepper flakes, they get hotter as they cook!!!
