Suggest a better descriptionSautee onion and capsicum in oil, take off the heat and add the paprika, add tomatoes and meat, stir then add enough water to just cover, add salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer till meat is tender (approx. 45 minutes) meanwhile taste the sourkrout, if too sour then lightly rinse with cold water, press out the water and add the sourkrout to the meat.
Bring to the boil, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
Serve with a dollop of sourcream and crusty bread.
