1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
3. Place in a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
4.Remove from pan and let rest for 10mins before slicing.
It works best if you a 6 mini-loaf pan.
