Authentic greek salad
Make Greek Dressing. (recipe on Big Oven)
Place lettuce in large serving bowl. Drain olives. Slice tomato into 1/4-inch slices. Thinly slice cucumber and onion. Add all to salad. Toss well.
Drizzle dressing over salad and toss to coat. Place 1/4 cup potato salad in the center of each serving plate. Top with about 1 1/2 cups of salad mixture. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese to taste and serve.
