Add butter and garlic, cook until fragrant, add flour cook until rouge forms, add chicken broth, then milk and cream, cook until thickened slightly, add parmasean.
Mean while cook green beans in boiling water for 4-6 minutes, remove and add pasta.
Mix green beans, chicken and mushrooms into the sauce, simmer until pasta is done, add pasta serve.
