Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400*F. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Place 1 slice of ham in 8 of the cups. Put 1/8 cup of spinach in the bottom. Crack egg and gently fill ham cup with egg (being careful not to break the yolk). Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for about 13 minutes or until whites are hard, but yolk is still runny. Enjoy!
