Add diced onion, green peppers, tomatoes (undrained), tomato paste (plus 1 to 2 cans water, black beans, red beans, garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add hot sauce. Bring to bubbling, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Ladle into bowls. Serve with fruti and peanut butter sandwiches.
