Requires oil
Saute Green Peppers in hot oil approx 20 min....drain and put on the side...add to the hot oil Onion and saute approx 5 min til transparant.....Drain and place on the side...add Mushrooms to the oil and cook down until all water from mushrooms is absorbed. Drain and place on the side.
To Hot Oil..add chicken breasts and cook til golden brown.
Return all ingredients to pan and splash Marsala wine over top this will deglaze pan and give you a delicious au jus juice.
Slice Rolls and place Chicken on top add remaining ingredients.
If you prefer Cheese....Id top with Cheese and melt sandwich in the oven.
