2. in small bowl, combine coriander, cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, ginger, and pepper. rub mixture on chicken
3. Grill chicken.
4. while cooking, toss together the yellow squash, zucchini, onion, parsley, lemon juice, and oil, and remaining salt.
5. serve chicken with relish on top.
