Delicious fish dish from Bahama Breeze.
1. Preheat oven to 375 degres
2. Season fish with creole seasoning and sea salt. Grill on each side until done.
3. Place tortillas on baking sheet. Poke holes in tortillas, 1/2 inch apart, with a fork. Brush with olive oil. Bake for 5 minutes.
4. Sprinkle cheese on tortillas and bake until cheese is completely melted.
5. Place two tortillas on each plate. Toss Salad, corn and peppers with vinaigrette. Mound equal portions onto each plate and pour salsa over top.
6. Place fish on top of salad, top with chimichurri sauce and avocado
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro
