Chicken with a twist
Cut up chicken and put into pot. Add soy sauce and vinegar, Top off with water. Add yellow onion. Let sit overnight. Grill chicken the next day turning frequently.
When turning, dip into sauce before returning to grill.
When done grilling, use sauce for dipping chicken at the table.
