Robby Riggs concoction
Marinate chicken in Italian dressing, then grill.
Tzatziki Sauce:
Peel and shred cucumber. Squeeze out the moisture from the cucumber and discard, add shredded cucumber to a bowl. Add Fage yogurt. Mince garlic cloves and add to bowl. Chop a handful of fresh dill and mint and add to bowl. Zest 1/2 of a lemon. Cut lemon and squeeze 1/2 the lemon into bowl of sauce. (Save the other half for squeezing on top of gyros.) Sprinkle with about 1 to 2 tablespoons seasoned salt.
Filling for pitas or flatbread:
slice banana peppers
Slice red pepper
Slice onion
Feta cheese
extra lemon to squeeze on top (optional)
