On ungreased cookie sheet, roll the dough into a 12" circle
On one half of the dough, sprinkle cheeses and ham to within 1/2" of edges
Fold dough over filling; pinch edges to seal
Bake at 425* for 9-11 minutes
Alteration: Used ham & cheese quiche filing between two pizza crusts.
Bake 40-45 minutes, cover after approx. 20 minutes
Make sure the oven rack is in the middle. Otherwise, the bottom burns before the dough is thoroughly baked through.
