Coat muffin cups with cooking spray. Press ham slice into muffin cup. Divide cheese among cups.
Break egg into cups and sprinkle with pepper. Spoon 1 teaspoon pesto onto each egg. Topw ith tomato halves.
Bake 20 minutes until set. Let stand in cups for 5 minutes before serving.
