Casserole: Stroganoff on the bottom, cover with biscuits. We like to use the ground turkey. It has a better flavor.
Saute meat, bell pepper and onion together, season with salt and pepper. Add to meat mixture: chopped pimento and cream of mushroom soup and cook 10 minutes. Add about 1/2 cup or more sour cream. Pour in pyrex dish (9x9 for serving size of 4), then put canned biscuits on top. Cook in oven at 350° for 20 minutes or until biscuits are done.
