Suggest a better descriptionDrain the crushed pineapple and reserve the juice. Use the juice and water as a replacement for the liquid in the cake mix. Bake in 9x13 pan that has been greased and floured. Set aside and cool in pan.
Blend together cream cheese, pudding, and milk. Fold in crushed pineapple. Spread over cooled cake. Spread cool whip over all. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Allow dessert to cool in fridge.
When serving, garnish with fresh pineapple.
