Advocare friendly, easy to modify
Heat skillet over medium heat, add chicken and broth. Cook until chicken is no longer pink. Add veggies and garlic, saute. When veggies nearly tender add fresh herbs. Season with cayenne pepper and dress lightly with olive oil. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
