Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350F, prepare pans. Beat the egg whites lightly then add milk, yoghurt & apple sauce. Combine flour, rolled oats, bran, baking powder, cinnamon, raisins & apricots. Add the dry mix to the wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins. Makes 12 muffins.
