Preheat 350.
Place egg whites in completely clean & completely dry large mixing bowl. Let stand 30 mins.
Meanwhile, pour powdered sugar and flour into large bowl. Pour into fine mesh strainer over another large bowl and sift into other bowl. Repeat 2 more times.
Add cream of tartar, extracts & salt to egg whites. Beat on med-high speed for 2-3 mins. Add sugar 1-2 spoonfuls at a time, beating until dissolved and stiff peaks form. Fold in flour mixture 1/4 cup at a time.
Gently spoon into UN-greased bundt pan. Cut through batter with a knife to remove air pockets. Bake at 350 for 40 - 45 mins until springs back when lightly touched. Invert immediately. Cool completely then remove from pan.
