Mix eggs, milk, vanilla & 2 tsp cinnamon until well blended. Lay bread slices in 9x13 baking pan. Pour mixture over bread, soaking slices completely. Cover and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
Preheat 375.
Combine brown sugar, melted butter & 1 tsp cinnamon in 9x13 baking dish. Add apple slices & cranberries; toss to coat well. Spread apple mixture evenly over dish. Arrange slices of bread on top.
Cover with aluminum foil & bake at 375 for 35 mins. Remove foil and bake additional 5 mins. Serve warm.
