Combine all ingredients except juice from tomatoes in a large bowl and gently mix with your hands.
Add 2/3 of the tomato juice and combine well.
In a shallow baking dish, form the meat into a plump loaf, about 8" long by 4" high.
Bake in 350F oven from 1 to 1-1/2 hours, or until a meat thermometer registers 170F. Allow to cool 1/2 hour before slicing.
