Suggest a better description1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a muffin pan with cooking spray or grease; set aside
2. Add flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, with an optional pinch of salt to a large bowl; whisk to combine and set aside
3. Add remaining ingredients to melted butter and mix to combine
4. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and fold to combine
5. Scoop batter into pan, filling each cup approx. 3/4 of the way full
6. Add a generous pinch of cornmeal to the top of each muffin
7. Bake for 10 minutes
8. Reduce temp to 350°F and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes, or until tops are domed and a toothpick comes out clean
9. Allow muffins to cool in pan for 10 minutes
10. Finish with drizzle of honey and warm butter before serving
