Line aluminum foil onto baking sheet & lightly coat with cooking oil spray.
In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, honey, maple syrup, garlic & onion powder, thyme & oregano.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Place carrots in single layer onto the prepared baking sheet
Add oilive oil mixture & gently thoss to combine.
Place into oven & bake for 15-18 minutes or until tender stirring occasionally.
Sprinkle with parsley
