Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Melt honey in microwave safe dish. Add almonds and stir to coat. Mix dry ingredients. Sprinkle on coated almonds and mix to distribute. Spread in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Roast for 10 minutes, being careful they do not burn.
Remove from pan immediately upon removing from oven. Cool and enjoy!
