Suggest a better descriptionWash the rice under running water in a strainer & leave to soak for 3 hrs a bowl of water. Drain and boil in 2 quarts of water. When the rice is cooked, leave to cool and force through a sieve, mashing the grains with a spoon. Add the sugar, a few drops of lemon juice and the cinnamon.
