Suggest a better descriptionIn medium silver pot bring broth to a simmer over medium high heat
Add mushrooms, soy sauce, vinegar, siracha and white pepper and simmer for 5 minutes
In a bowl, whisk cornstarch and water till smooth
Add to soup while stirring well and simmer for 5 minutes or until the soup starts to thicken
Swirl in the eggs while gently stirring the soup in a circular motion
Add tofu and green onions and let simmer an additional 5 minutes
Remove from heat and serve
