A family favorite! We often have this for dinner instead of an appetizer.
Preheat oven to 425F
Rinse crab well in colander under cold water and pick over for any shell bits.
Put all ingredients in bowl and mix well. Spread into nonmetallic baking dish (at least 9 inch pie size). Lightly sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake at 425F until center bubbling and beginning to brown on top, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve hot with crusty bread or crackers (we like salty triscuits)
