Modified from a recipe I found online years ago for spinach-artichoke dip.
Mix cream cheese, shredded cheese and spinach all together. Heat in microwave, stirring occasionally until shredded cheese melts and desired temperature for serving is achieved.
I usually put in the microwave to melt; on high for 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between and I serve with Stacy's brand bagel chips.
