Quick easy dessert, that's delicious
Put first 5 ingredients in a 9" square baking dish, stir together until mixed. Mix milk, oil, and vanilla in a cup then stir into mixture in pan. Top with nuts, cocoa, and brown sugar. Pour hot water over, bake at 350 degrees for 40 min, remove from oven let cool for 15 min. Serve over vanilla ice cream.
