Suggest a better description1) Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks.
2) Slow the whisk and add the sugar to the whites to change the consistency to stiff & glossy.
3) In a separate bowl whisk the cream to soft peaks.
4) Fold the cream and yolks into the whites until combined.
I added a half bar of melted 70% chocolate into the cream, but you could easily replace this with coffee, vanilla, fruit, etc.
Freeze in a plastic container for at least 2 hours - could easily be 4 though before its frozen enough!
