Plate - Basmati rice, butter chicken, frenched tomatoes
Cube chicken, mix in large bowl with tandoori spice, lay out evenly on sheet pan and bake until cooked. Cool chicken.
In large pot - saute garlic (and onion if using raw ones).
Add onions, spices and tomato sauce. Simmer.
Add heavy cream. Simmer.
Cool.
Combine chicken and sauce after both have cooled.
