Easy and quick to make.
Preheat oven to 250.
Mix together all the ingredients except for the nuts. Stir in the nuts until well coated. Spread nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Please in preheated oven for 45 minutes, stirring the nuts occassiionally (2 - 3 times) during the baking. Remove nuts from oven and allow to cool in pan for a few minutes. Transfer to a bowl and allow to cool completey before covering.
