Suggest a better descriptionOn sauté add butter to pot, melt. Place chicken in the pot and brown on both sides for a few minutes. Chicken does not need to be fully cooked. Cancel.
Mix together water, soy, brown sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper. Add garlic. Pour sauce over chicken. Close lid. Cook on manual for 7 minutes. Let pressure release naturally. Open lid. Remove chicken. In a measuring cup make a slurry of flour and water. On sauté, when boiling, pour in slurry. add chicken in, heat throughout. Serve over rice.
