A healthy low calorie soup to eat anytime to lose weight
1. Place Tomatoes, Thyme, Red Pepper Flakes, Lemon Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar, Garlic, and Sugar in Blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour contents of Blender into the InstaPot.
3. Place remaining ingredients into the Instapat: Onion, Cabbage, Carrots, Celery, and Bay Leaves.
4. Cover with enough Water or Chicken Stock to almost cover the Vegetables
5. Turn Instapot on Soup Mode for 20 minutes. Allow the soup to Slow Release for another 30 minutes.
6. Salt and Pepper to taste
