Whisk the yogurt until creamy (not long).
Slice the lamb steak into thin strips, and sauté in olive oil. Thinly slice the garlic. In another pan heat the butter and garlic together. Grate the tomatoes into the butter and saute for a few minutes. Salt things.
Heat the pita, then cut into ~1 inch squares. Pour the yoghurt on top, the lamb on top of that and the tomatoes mixture on top of that. Eat.
