1) Add liquids.
2) Add Dry (except yeast).
3) Make a well, add yeast.
4) Carefully snap bread pan into bread maker, close lid.
5) Press Menu/Select to choose french setting.
6) Press Loaf Size button to choose 2 lb.
7) Press Crust Color button to choose medium.
8) Press Start/Stop.
