Heat the Olive Oil in a skillet, add the onions and zucchini saute until onions are translucent then add the sausage, cook until zucchini is soft, about 3 more minutes. Add the garlic and cook another 1 minute. Add the Sauce, paste and seasoning. Simmer while you prepare the noodles. When noodles are done add to sauce and serve. Top with Parmesan if desired.
