First switch you oven at 160 degrees c..Mix egg and sugar until fluffy, add oil slowly and mix until combined, add milk or yogurt mix until combined and finally add flour and mix until disappear into the mix.Spray oil or rub butter on a 9" tin and put a little bit of flour into it and let the flour attach in the tin. Pour the mix into the tin and put it the oven for about 50 to 60 minutes.
As a option you can sprinkle a little bit of caster sugar on top the cake before you put it in the oven
