Suggest a better descriptionCut bacon into small pieces and cook until crisp. Set aside. Cook jalapeno in the same skillet until softened. Stir in the undrained chilies, warm through; remove from the heat and set aside.
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese; mix well and spread evenly into a 9x9 baking dish. Layer the bacon and peppers on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
Combine panko with melted butter and sprinkle on top of the dip. Bake 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Serve with toast points, tortilla chips, or crackers.
