Simple Jambalaya
Add saute ingredients to a large saucepan, and saute for 5 minutes over high heat.
Cut sausage into 1/4 inch slices.
Add Boil ingredients to saucepan and bring to a boil.
Lower heat and let simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Remove from heat and stir.
