Jamie Oliver’s Beef and Ale Stew
Grab dutch oven, chop vegetables and place vegetables and bay leaves in olive oil and fry for 10 minutes. Add beef and flour to vegetables. Add Guinness and then chopped tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Place lid on stew and cook on low heat for 2 1/2 hours only stirring a couple of times. Uncover pot and let cook another 30 minutes and then enjoy.
