Suggest a better description1. Combine doubanjiang, mirin, miso, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, starch, and water in a bowl and mix together.
2. Finely mince garlic and ginger.
3. Cut green onion.
4. Drain tofu and cut into 1 inch cubes.
5. Heat oiled frying pan to medium.
6. Saute ginger and garlic until fragrant.
7. Add pork and cook until no longer pink.
8. Add sauce and bring to a boil.
9. Add tofu and stir carefully not to break tofu until heated through.
10. Add green onion and remove from heat.
