Slice chicken, place into a container for marinading. Add juice and zest from orange, and 1 tablespoon of Jerk seasoning- mix well, cover and marinade in refrigerator at least one hour. Slice onion and bell pepper into strips. Heat one teaspoon oil in heavy skillet, add chicken and stir fry 2 minutes, add onion and bell pepper and continue to stir fry until chicken is done. Mix cans of black beans and corn together and heat through. Open half a pita, fill with one scoop of beans and corn and one scoop of chicken mixture, top with lettuce and tomato.
