The crunchy goodness of pecans and honey gives this chicken just the right amount of sweet crunch.
Heat oven to 350(F). Grind pecans in food processor until almost fine.
Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Flatten to 1/4 in thickness using mallet; set aside.
Mix together honey and mustard; spread over chicken. Coat with pecans. Place in lightly greased 13x9 pan. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
