This was divine. Sauce makes it even better
For Sauce:
Combine all ingredients. Heat on low just until warm.
For tenderloin:
Preheat oven to 325.
Combine breadcrumbs and next 3 ingredients in shallow dish. Rub pork with dijon mustard, just to cover. Press breadcrumb mixture into tenderloin.
Bake for 1 1/2 - 2 hours, until done.
Serve with sauce.
I also sauteed mushrooms and put on top. It was really good.
